Manager – MEP

Role Overview

ATOM GROUP is looking for an experienced Manager – MEP to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across our projects. You will ensure designs meet project specifications, timelines, cost parameters, and quality standards while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and site engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MEP planning, design reviews, coordination, and execution.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with architects, structure teams, vendors, and site teams for seamless execution.
• Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely project delivery.

Who You Are

• 7–12+ years of experience in MEP execution across residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Proficient in project coordination, vendor management, and site supervision.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Certifications in MEP design or project management are an added advantage.
