Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across our real estate, MEP, turnkey construction, and smart infrastructure verticals. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen ATOM GROUP’s market presence across key sectors.
You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to expand our client base, develop proposals, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple segments.
- Lead client outreach, presentations, and proposal development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends to support strategic planning and positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align technical capabilities with client needs.
- Track, manage, and convert leads into successful business partnerships.
Who You Are
- 5–10+ years of experience in business development within real estate, MEP, construction, EPC, or infrastructure industries.
- Strong network across developers, consultants, and government/PSU bodies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
