General Manager – MEP & Civil

Role Overview

We are hiring a seasoned General Manager – MEP & Civil to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale projects from design to completion. This leadership role involves overseeing MEP and Civil engineering functions, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and timely project delivery across ATOM GROUP’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP and Civil engineering teams across design, planning, and execution.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, resource planning, and quality control.
• Drive coordination between cross-functional teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety practices, and industry standards.
• Review and approve drawings, designs, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Manage high-level decision-making, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor and guide project managers, engineers, and site teams.

Who You Are

• 12–20+ years of experience managing large MEP + Civil projects end-to-end.
• Strong leadership, technical expertise, and project delivery experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a strong advantage.
